I am committed to helping clients find solutions and balance in their lives. Specializing in individual and family therapy including adoption, grief and loss, marriage counseling, challenges with children, teens, and adoption.
With over 25 years of corporate experience, I also coach industry executives in Silicon Valley and consults on human resource and organizational development issues. These corporate experiences and clinical skills have shaped my expertise in conflict resolution, collaboration and grief therapy.
My background includes a B.S. in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and a Masters in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. Additionally, I am US Navy veteran, I have two adult sons and an extended family locally.
I volunteer with American Red Cross as a mental health worker and with Canine Companions for Independence providing assistance dogs free of charge to recipients.
